We are seeking a reliable and energetic Freestyle Session Check-In Attendant to join our rink operations team. This early-morning position is perfect for someone who is punctual, customer-service oriented, and enjoys being part of a dynamic skating environment.
Schedule:
- Start Time: 5:45 AM
- End Time: 10:00 AM
- Days: Flexible, based on session scheduling.
Must be availability 11/22-30 & 12/19-1/4.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in skaters for freestyle sessions using the rink’s check-in system.
- Collect payments or verify passes as needed.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to skaters, coaches, and parents.
- Communicate rink policies and session rules clearly and respectfully.
- Assist with basic opening duties to ensure the rink is ready for morning sessions.
- Help with basic first aid.
